"The hotel was undergoing renovations and we were not aware of them when we booked. The renovations did not affect our stay. "

"Staff were very helpful prior to my checking in when I had trouble getting to the location and gave me tow truck information. They ensured I got to my destination instead of living out the rest of my days on the side of grandfather mountain. If I could give 10 stars I would."

"Stayed 3 nights. Nice little motel close to downtown blowing rock. Office was closed when we arrived so Staff called me prior to check in and left a key in the drop box. Room was clean. Mattress and pillows were a little to firm so I didn’t sleep well. Bathroom was clean, water pressure was great but the water was warm but not hot the entire time. The office was closed the entire time and the room was not cleaned daily or towels exchanged. Overall a good experience but probably would stay...

"We had a lovely time at the Cliff Dwellers Inn. Our room had an excellent view, it was clean and large and comfortable. We got a personalized note reminding us not to lock ourselves out on the balcony (thank goodness). We also arrived to a fresh bucket of ice set out for us. We were deeply grateful.
