Floor to ceiling windows line the ocean-facing wall, providing the kitchen, dining and living room with ample natural light and an unbeatable view of the rocky and sandy shore. Enjoy the kitchen as you dish out a big breackfast to get your group through the day of exploring the unmatched beauty and excitement of the Oregon Coast. The living room has plenty of space and seating for the whole family to convene and to watch your favorite shows or just be mesmirized by the ocean! All bedrooms include their own streaming televisions for when it's time to wind down for the night. There are two bedrooms plus den downstairs, two with Queen beds and one with a King that can be split into two twins. The King bedroom has access to the deck with its own exterior door and ocean views. A full bath sits right off of the living room in the hallway. Two other bedrooms wait for you just up the stairs; one with a King bed and spectacular second floor ocean views and the other down the hall with a Queen bed. Another full bath is found between the two bedrooms. Enjoy the theater/game room attached to the house and watch your favorite movie or sports team on the 75" television.

Perfectly located in the center of town, yet quiet and private, the street-to-street property provides parking, a dog friendly fenced yard and easy access to walk to town.Tarry on the front deck facing the Yachats Estuary - soak up the view, watch the wildlife or just enjoy the people passing by. When the tide sweeps out, you enjoy the main sandy beach of Yachats. There is never a shortage of activities - from flying kites to looking for seashells. When the tide swells, relax to the sound of the waves! Feel like exploring? Check out boutiques and restaurants within a few blocks, or, choose to take the 804 Walking Trail and get some exercise on miles of sandy beach.

This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 3-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.

*Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision.
