"They do not have body lotion in the room. I was standing in front of the reception staff waiting to be served for checking in. He was'nt busy. He just looked at me without saying a word. I approached him first instead of him approaching me as a guest. Being a guest relations job must be courteous to anyone. It is just my experience at that moment. I presumed he's not like that all the time."

"Breakfast was great & this is a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was frustrating. Arriving on Sunday was an issue for parking, had to use another garage that had a sign indicating no gas vehicles allowed. We found out later that was incorrect. Parking info should be added to the directions given to guests. Signage in the regular parking garage was very bad to find parking near the hotel access door, more should be added."
