"The staff at the hotel was amazing! Always offered a warm drink for us whenever we left the hotel or came back (went in the winter). They also helped us order items we didnt have and got it to us in a timely manner. The communication between us and the staff was a little bit difficult as they mostly didnt speak english, but they always tried their best to accommodate and thankfully I had family members who were able to communicate with them. Overall would stay again when I travel to Beijing...

"碰到的職員們都非常有禮貌，酒店門口接送開門送車的職員每次都非常及時幫忙開關車門，我們走的那一天週五12.26號不到十點吧，有個職員小哥從搭電梯途中進來然後直接幫我們推行李到門口還等了五分鐘幫我們送上車，確實是比較少見的。另外客房部薛丽也超級親切熱情，還幫我們很貼心在免費的飲料區放了多一些我們比較喜歡的飲料。唯二兩個缺點：第一就是洗手間和浴室的設計非常詭異，浴室門是純花紋玻璃就算了，洗手間對著門口那一邊和對著浴室兩邊都有一道花紋玻璃，就是你上廁所的時候在浴室的人能看見你，門口要是有人開門走廊的人也能看見你蹲廁所的程度我無法理解。
然後就是三樓tapas 酒吧，感覺除了調酒的帥氣小姐姐之外其他人態度都不是特別好，特別那個扎馬尾的大姐不知道是不是上一天班太累了感覺不想接待客人的樣子。"
