"The property was very clean and the staff very helpful and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The restaurant is very nice and the breakfast they served was very fresh with variety of choices. The hotel is located very close to the main street and the market.
The only bad experience we had was with a masseuse, who was not really a part of the staff. She was a contractor. She was in a rush, very rude, disrespectful and offensive. She also was not receptive to...

"The hotel is more than 20 km (not 7.8 km as described, at least not at the moment) away from the airport and the commute between the airport and the hotel takes 30 min. The staff and the shuttle bus driver are great. For overnight stay waiting for next day flight, it’s not a bad option in term of price. "

"Average small hotel in Asia in regards to look and comfort.
However the halls had random stuff strewn about, rooms appeared clean however one of our rooms had towels with some stains and a pillowcase with holes in them.
It appears one of our beds may have had bed bugs. "

"The location was great for Disneyland. Free shuttle to the park was very convenient too. Breakfast spread was really good, had slightly different items every morning. The maintenance uncle helping with our room issues had the best service, and refused tips when offered too. Highly recommend this hotel"
