"The KTV across the?street made a lot of noices after 10pm every night that made sleep almost impossible. The notices lasted all the way to 3-5am in the morning. The hotel windows are all old fashioned that is not noices proof.
The hotel is almost unlivable in some parts of section"

"Location of the hotel is great, close to river, it was nice to walk around at night. The lobby is very nice, checking in is easy, staffs are friendly. The room is not what I like, there is a big blockage in the middle of the window, we only stay one night for the next day cruise, otherwise I will definitely ask the hotel to change the room.
