On the downside the hotel hasn't been remodeled in 30 years so the furniture is a bit outdated but is fine. Bathroom has a tub which I haven't seen in hotels in years. "Front desk staff was very accommodating to someone like me who isn’t fluent in mandarin. They even followed up with me after the trip on a wall charger I accidentally left behind. There were some amenities I didn’t take advantage of such as the laundry center. Overall, excellent service, awesome in-room and hotel amenities and walkable to everything within the Xi’an City Walls."
