Great place to stay if you're riding bike trails in Xenia area. House was very clean & very comfortable.Keurig coffeemaker & a selection of coffee pods are provided. Minor hiccup with getting correct code for door, but host was quick to get it resolved.

This was the perfect place for a girls trip! The house was wonderful with lots of space outside with a fire ring and lots of outdoor seating. It is near a bike trail, very friendly area, felt very safe. Everyone we met in the lovely town was so friendly. We will be back to do it again next year!

We stayed a week to ride the bike trails. The property is exactly as described and is close to Xenia Station. We could access all trails without having to drive. Check in was easy. The house is immaculate. The kitchen is well stocked. The outdoor area is beautiful. We enjoyed the front porch for morning coffee and back patio for dinner. The host was very responsive to our questions. The property is perfect for a biking vacation or any reason that takes you to the area.

Girls bike trip

My friend and I chose Xenia because it is a hub for five cycling trails. Tandem trails fit our needs perfectly! We arrived about 50 minutes before check-in hoping to get a ride in before dark. Renee the owner was extremely accommodating. The little bungalow had everything we needed and was very well stocked. The neighbors were very friendly and Renee gave us several recommendations for dinner. We will definitely be back.

Terrific Hosts & Very Clean

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities we needed to feel completely comfortable and relaxed. Communication with the hostess was a breeze—she was friendly, responsive, and provided everything we needed to know ahead of time to make arrival and check-in super easy (which was especially helpful since the location was a little tricky to find at first). Once we were settled in, everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, cozy, and well-hosted stay!

A Cozy Christmas Retreat Near the Grandparents

We had such a lovely stay here over Christmas! I was visiting with my boyfriend and two teenage kids, and this home was absolutely perfect for us. The layout—one king bed and two twin beds—worked out beautifully, and the house was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The little fireplace gave it such a festive, warm vibe, and we were especially touched that the host had put up Christmas decorations—it really helped make the holiday feel special.One of the biggest perks for us was the location. My elderly parents live just up the hill in a retirement community, and staying here meant we could be close to them while still having our own space. It was so much more personal and homey than staying in a hotel, and it allowed us to create some truly meaningful memories together.The only small caution I’d share is that the street can be a little tricky to find, especially at night. I’d recommend arriving during daylight if you can—or look for the big set of mailboxes at the turn as a helpful landmark.We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for such a sweet holiday experience!

Peaceful and well-stocked

Peaceful and quiet. We were visiting family in Dayton but we didn't want to be in the busier town. This was close enough to the larger towns and Xenia had all the services we needed as far as shopping and eating. The house was very clean, spacious, and decorated nicely. The kitchen was large and better stocked than other VRBO places we have rented. There were extra pillows, blankets, and towels. There was plenty of seating, both inside and outside. The only minor issue was the clothes dryer. The door needs to be moved to open on the other side because there is a blockage that prevents the door from opening very far. It makes it difficult (but not impossible) to put the clothes from the washer to the dryer. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely book there again the next time we visit.

Cute and CLEAN

Everything we needed for a long weekend - Close to Kil-Kare (In town for the drag races), stores and restaurants. Beds were super comfortable, enjoyed coffee on the front porch each morning. Quiet neighborhood. Renee was a pleasure to work with through the entire rental process. Would highly recommend this home to future renters!
