Yes the house keeping was great. We were there when the cartel violence hit. Wanted to stay another week but they almost doubled their price. Location next to the best mall in Nayarit was good.

The property was very well looked after. If there was anything not working or not quite right or you needed something for the kitchen, for example, the managers Sandra and Carlos were on it.
