"rooms were ok. staff was courteous and nice. courtesy breakfast is sub-standard. I suspect the eggs were from a prepackaged powder where they just whip it up prior to heating it. swimming pool looked just ok…I just don’t know how often they change the water. Was disappointed with the chain being cheap with no courtesy bottled water for their guests."

"I was pleasantly surprised on how big the rooms were. Was more like a small apartment. The staff was amazing, and the shuttle service running 24 hours a day was perfect for my very early in the morning flight. A big thank you to the entire staff."

"Came here for a quick solo parent trip with another mom and their daughter. Breakfast spread and evening spread were excellent and honestly worth staying here just for that. "The noise on shadeland was too loud. It was kids week there. Kids were playing in the hallway at 3am this morning. Had to call security. They took care of it. The beds are not comfortable. My back and sides have hurt for 3 days."
