"The parking was good but there was no continental breakfast. Rooms were clean and nice."

"On our last day of our stay, our room was not cleaned and we were away the whole day… We returned at 9:30 PM to find a dirty room and no bath gel in the shower. When we called the desk for help, they said it would be at least a 45 minute wait until someone could come to the room. We had to get up at 2 AM to leave for the airport. Eventually someone came to the room and they said they were going to take care of us by adjusting our charges for the week, but nothing was ever done about it."

"I had an appalling check-in experience at the Las Vegas Renaissance on 6/4/2026. Arriving late with my son, the receptionist, Rachel, refused to check us in because the reservation was under my wife's name. Despite showing my ID with the exact same home address, she showed zero flexibility, forcing me to wake up my wife at 1:00 AM her time to call Expedia and add my name. "Off the strip, but close enough to walk to attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. Swimming pool was great with indoor/outdoor access. Room was clean, full of amenities, and comfortable. More affordable than hotels on the strip, but close enough to enjoy the strip. Beautiful view of the strip and mountains from our balcony. We will return."

"Nicely appointed rooms, perfect for our ladies' get-together. The kitchen was nicely equipped. The market was reasonably priced and well-stocked. Within walking distance of the Sphere. Share rides were very quick to respond, unlike other areas of the strip. The only thing I would change is that it needs to be updated, and the living area is small.
