"This hotel is much better than i expected. Check in is 12pm and check out is 2pm which gives convenience to early arrival or late check out people. The location is very convenient to almost everything. It is an AI hotel but the front desk staff were very kind and helpful, especially Mr Li (李俏俊)who did above and beyound; he was very patient for all my questions and did his best to help us whenever we need. Overall, my experience in this hotel exceeded my expectation. Will definitely stay here...

"Clean room. Great value. I loved it being on a pedestrian street but hard to get to in a taxi. More information on driving there would be great. But I should have known to take metro to that area since traffic in the city is insane. Breakfast was good and also could have more variety. Super lovely staff. So helpful and kind. The front rooms have large windows with lateral view of the lake promenade (ask for a room on the left wing for more scenic views).
