Your premier home away from home awaits in this first-class, 4 bedroom, 3 bath chalet located on the shores of Lake Frieden! This newly constructed chalet screams luxury with its vaulted ceilings and contrasts of cedar and stone accents throughout the home. Paired with breathtaking lake views and located only moments away from all of Innsbrook’s amenity hot-spots, this home hidden in the woods provides the perfect getaway to unplug and unwind in one of the Midwest’s top resort communities.

Whether you’re away on business or seeking the perfect spot for a family getaway or a weekend with friends, the Frieden Lake Chalet has plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces for everyone! The open floorplan features a spacious living area with a wood burning fireplace, over-sized furniture, dining area, main floor laundry, and sliding glass doors leading out to the expansive deck over-looking the lake. New quartz counter tops, appliances and custom cabinetry line the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a breakfast bar, barstool seating, and all the cookware you need for all meal preparations.

Able to accommodate up to 12 guests in 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, the primary bedroom is located on the main level with a private en suite bathroom. An additional full bathroom is located on the main level with a washer and dryer. Just upstairs, the loft area offers two additional bedrooms, one full bathroom, and a cozy sleeper sofa that doubles as a place to kick your feet up or pulls out for a bed for two. In addition to the three bedrooms, guests can play and stay in the game room on the main level featuring a dart board, sitting area, two twin XL beds and office space with a printer and monitor available for use. Plus, our high-speed fiber optic internet makes streaming your favorite TV shows a breeze!

When you are ready to enjoy the outdoors, you will have plenty to choose from! Lake living has no limits with our variety of water toys, beach towels and private gravel beach. Three outdoor living spaces offer complete relaxation – sip a cocktail on the private dock, watch the sunset on the upper deck living area, or cuddle up by the outdoor fire pit in the evenings.

Great house! All the amenities you need and then some. Lake has a Lilly pad which was a nice surprise. Front office room does stay a bit warm during the summer so we had to keep a fan circulating air into that room to keep it cool.

not a great pet stay

i spent the entirety of my stay caring for my sick pups i am sure it was from the original sink water i put in their bowls sad should have known better sad again exorcist like diarheea was for the entire stay after that sad again the fact that your property says it is pet friendly and hoonestly has NO PLACE with even a patch of grass for them was extremely dissapointing I can let you know the other guests were fine h0owever as the primary i spent 2 days caring for my babies never got to go down to the dock firepit never even had an opportunity to go upstairs .... very sad

The place was really nice. There were some minor issues. There was an end table that was broken when we arrived. Trash had to be transported about a quarter of a mile away from the house. A minor inconvenience but it was new.

Simply the best

This property was fantastic. My family and our friends had the best time. The place was very clean, had everything that we would need for our stay, very homy and inviting. It is in the newest part of Innsbrook which we haven’t visited before. Very beautiful and peaceful. Will be wonderful for summer gateway. Will be coming again! Thank you!

Great place

This would have been a perfect trip but the front gate did not give us a code to enter through the gated community when we checked in. It wasn’t a major problem but it was an inconvenience. The location and property and amenities were fantastic.

Paradise in the woods…

This property more than met our expectations! Beautiful home and surroundings. First place we have stayed that had everything we need and extra!! I rented this home for my family due to my brother getting married in Wentzville and they were beyond happy and comfortable. Wish there were more communities like this with your rules! Thank you!! The only thing that was a bit of a inconvenience is having to dump trash all the way by main entrance ( hard to find). Map would have been helpful.

Pipes froze so we were not able to stay here

This property was clean and looked very nice when we arrived. But we quickly discovered the pipes were frozen as a result of the unusually cold winter weather in the area (negative temperatures). The property manager was very responsive and was able to find us a replacement rental for us. That replacement property was also very clean and beautiful. The remainder of our stay in the other property was very enjoyable.

accomendationss could not have been better everything new and nice!

the only 3 small downside comments to this property 1. the price is a little high for innsbrook ( we have stayed at Innsbrook many times) however it is a brand new property and we will probably rent there again. ( I know you get what you pay for) 2. we would like to have a TV in the master bedroom. & 3. weeds around the house need to be addressed if you get off the pathways they are thick and in that area are a sanctuary for ticks which is kind of a pain if you have a dog or kids -------THAT MAY BE A LITTLE PICKY------ BECAUSE EVERYTHING ELSE WAS EXCELLENT!! WE highly recommend this property!! We had a great stay!!!

Freiden House Stay

Our family goes to Innsbrook every year for my birthday and we have stayed at many houses but this one was our favorite! The house is well stocked for our needs and we really appreciated it! Very cozy and perfect for any family!
