"The privacy & seclusion of this guest house & pool is amazing! Its a perfect little spot with all the amenities you need and more! Owner Mark and Property Manager George were fantastic to deal with and very prompt in responses. Location is great ..close to water and especially to Oistins! "I booked this apartment late afternoon, and arrived promptly after booking. The host Greg was fantastic. He was friendly and extremely helpful. I couldn’t have asked for a better host. "It was very clean and nicely decorated. They had snacks and coffee at their little cafe booth. They were very accommodating and helpful. The decor was very nice. The only date back was that it said “king” bed but it was two twins put together which we did not care for. We were on our honeymoon and gap between the beds was inconvenient. Also, the AC unit was only in the bedroom but the livingroom should have one also because it’s hot and humid."

"This beautifully appointed & newly remodeled spot was just what we needed to transition in to our vacation. We sat on the balcony in the morning sipping coffee, overlooking the scenic valley and ocean, and relaxing. This spot was close enough to the restaurants, tourist spots, music and airport to be a short drive but far enough not to hear anything but birds. Our hosts were very friendly and enjoyable. We will definitely be back!."
