This property is situated a short drive to the stunning beach at Woolacombe Bay. This beach is a favourite with families and surfers alike and is manned by lifeguards during the summer months. The town itself has a range of shops and a number of eateries. In nearby Ilfracombe, Tunnels Beach is a privately-owned complex of beachside tunnels hand-carved in the 1820s, offering a tidal-pool, interesting rock pools and a stunning backdrop for keen photographers, as well as being home to an abundance of wildlife, including peregrine falcons, seals and even porpoises. This is a great location for exploring the North Devon coast.

This holiday cottage is accessed via several external stairs to the front of the property. On the ground floor, guests will find an open-plan lounge/diner which has a dining table seating four, comfortable lounge seating with a Smart TV. The pleasant kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine. There is also a convenient ground-floor WC. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, the first of which is a king-size room with a Smart TV and an en-suite shower room. The second room is a twin room, and there is also a bathroom with shower-over-bath and WC.

Outside, there are shared lawn areas to both the front and rear of the property, perfect for enjoying a picnic lunch. Guests may also make use of the complex’s shared outdoor heated swimming pool, which is open from Whitsun through to end of September.
