"Room and bed very clean, interior of hotel needs a refresh and little update. Plug in bathroom sink stuck down and bathroom mirror light wouldn’t turn off. TV the size of an iPad. If you’re after a clean bed for the night it’s fine and price was ok."

"Lovely stay breakfast was delicious and staff very attentive. Room was modern but had a few cosmetic issues such as tape on laminate flooring and a shower screen that didn't stop the water from pouring out. It didn’t affect our stay but from a glance minor repairs could be made. Would still happily book again as location and breakfast alone was well worth it "

"It’s a fairly mid-range hotel. The staff is nice but often hard to find, since I think they also work the restaurant. I only had their continental breakfast which had enough several gluten-free options. The room was cleaned well and had plenty of space. "

"Lovely old pub to stay at. Plenty of parking. We were there Sunday night and they have limited menu for food (roasts, fish and chips or a burger) but what we had was really good. Shout out to Jill who seemed to be every where. Dealing with check in, serving behind the bar, taking orders at the table and delivering food to tables!!! Amazing!! And to top it off a really good breakfast to see you off. Highly recommended"

"The Z hotel in Bath, is a lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Great quality food and drink. Great selection given for the breakfast buffet Great value. The hotel is perfectly situated in the centre of town. Very quiet hotel, room was small but contained all that one needs. Although, if you like to read in bed, the lighting is adequate but not great as there is no bedside lighting. Also, no lighting over the bathroom mirror . If you like to wear makeup you may find this...
