Rooms are a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Location across from the airport is quite convenient. Carry out café was good. Sit down restaurant had very tasty dinners and huge portions. Staff was consistentlyknowledgeable, polite, and cheerful.

Hyatt Regency O'Hare Chicago
Great stay and friendly staff with comfortable beds and pillows. It was nice the Red Bar had food open late & the shuttle service was easy and on time. The atmosphere is very nice and modern. Would definitely recommend, we book to a last minute overnight delay and they were very easy with late check ...

Experience Chicago living near United Center
The residence itself was great. The only downside is the location. Multiple Uber drivers asked if we were in the right location… otherwise, you get what you payed for.

The house was clean and we enjoyed our stay. We had some issues getting in the front door and the code actually opened both the upstairs and downstairs units which resulted in us walking into the wrong unit with other peoples stuff in there. We had issues with the WiFi and never could get connected. ...
