"I loved this little place…everything that was needed for 1-2 people. The host even put out little emergency supplies if you forgot your toothbrush, for example. It was walking distance to everything downtown but the restaurant directly across the street was so good I ate there twice. I would love to stay here again sometime. "

"The host was very helpful and responsive. The bed frame in the apt was broken and we temporarily fixed it because it was late. The host immediately offered to have us switch to a similar unit in the building but because it was late, we chose to stay. The next morning, however, there was no hot water in the unit so we switched to the other one. Hot water was still an issue in the new one--it never got above luke-warm. Both apartments were clean and newly renovated but because of the water...

As another review states, if you know the neighborhood then you know what to expect. So, if someone does not know the neighborhood, check Google Earth to see more of the surrounding streets and buildings. "We loved this rental. The location is one you might not think is good BUT IT IS. I loved the location. Great coffee shop around the corner. Short walk to great restaurants and it was a safe location. I will stay here again. Also the two bedrooms with two bathrooms is rare and each bedroom with a king bed is super rare. I highly recommend this rental and Joshua was so great and helpful. "
