Stocked home close to Yale, in Heart of New Haven

This 1st floor, 3 bedroom apartment, is dripping with charm. Its in a 2 family home in a quiet, clean, neighborhood of downtown new haven. This apt is perfect because it is central to everything. Walking distance to Wooster Square Park, Frank Pepe's pizza is a mere 3 minutes away by car. Yale is right around the corner. Come stay in our cozy home and have a quiet night in and play some board games, cook a nice dinner, watch a movie or go out on the town. 1 mile to Shubert theater!

The space
You have your own 3 bedroom apartment that has 3 queen sized beds and a fold out couch to accommodate 8 guests! Free laundry, WiFi, cable tv, roku tv and street parking. Quiet 1 way street in the city. We are very close to Yale, downtown, and the famous Frank Pepe’s pizza!

Visited New Haven with wife and our 2 boys (15, 17) on a college visit road trip. Property had everything we needed, and was close to Yale campus and restaurants.

Close to Yale

We needed a quick place to stay and this fit. Quick notes: free street parking, back entrance, nice size kitchen and living room. We had some questions when we stayed, but the owners were responsive. We did not use the laundry. We did use the window unit AC as it was very hot. The house cooled down quickly. Overall a nice quiet place to stay.

Great location to Yale campus.Mostly clean but bathroom had excessive dust build up on exhaust vent and shower trim.Not trying to be petty but when you charge a cleaning fee it should be clean.

Roomy space for the family

Great space to stay that is close to many restaurants and in a quiet location. Good sized bedrooms and larger living room. The host had great communication. Very pleased with our stay.

Quick stay

We chose this property because it had 3 bedrooms, but that was the only highlight. The one bathroom was dirty and had minimal water pressure in the shower. The kitchen is minimally equipped for cooking. All the window a/c units were full of dust. Areas looked like they had not been cleaned in years. Manager was responsive and apologetic, but clearly needs a better cleaning routine.

We stayed one night at property and then came back for a 2 night stay. There are 3 bedrooms, living room, bath, kitchen area. Large space! Water pressure was all due to timing! If other apartments in house were using water, you had a trickle. Just had to wait a few minutes and then was good to go. Adequately stocked. Good location, easy to go into New Haven areas or out to coast. We never had a problem with getting a parking spot. I would stay again!

Spacious and comfy beds!!

Our stay was too short. But overall, the rental gave us the space a family of five required to stay sane! Loved the extra touch of tea bags and oatmeal packets. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. One draw back- lots of footstep noises from the floor above although it seemed to have quieted down by 10pm. Thank goodness. We didn't get to meet our host but he made the process a breeze!

Clean and spacious place

We had a wonderful stay in Gary’s house. Spacious and clean apartment . Gray is very responsive.The place is conveniently located in the heart of New Heaven.
