The apartment features a single bathroom with a shower, tub, sink, vanity, and toilet.

Hand and face towels, bath towels, hand soap, and toilet paper are available.

This unit is located on the fourth floor. There is no elevator in the building.

Parking: Free and metered parking is available on the street. For an additional fee and based on availability, we offer private parking. For inquiries, please message us when booking your reservation.

Extended stays are welcome.

Guest access

Upon arrival, guests will be able to check-in and access the apartment via a dedicated lockbox.

The entire studio apartment is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay so feel free to relax, unwind, and make yourself at home.

House Rules:

No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.
Guests found smoking will incur a $250 fine plus damages, and may face automatic cancellation of their reservation, along with reporting to Airbnb.

No Parties or Unauthorized Guests: Parties are not allowed on the premises. Any unauthorized guests or parties will result in a $500 fine, automatic cancellation of the reservation, and reporting to Airbnb.

Damage Reporting: If you notice any damages upon arrival or during your stay, please inform the host immediately so repairs can be arranged. Failure to report damages may result in a $250 fine plus damages fees and could lead to automatic cancellation of your reservation, with reporting to Airbnb.
Absolutely no smoking in the unit and building. $275 cleaning charge will apply if the unit is smoked in. Thank you
