"We have stayed at a couple of the owner’s properties in Seattle and this was our favorite. Great quiet, walkable neighborhood with ample parking. Close to amenities within city. Beds are very comfortable - You could sleep for days. "

"We liked the autonomy of the coded entry, and having a full kitchen available, and large luxurious bathrooms, even though they weren’t attached to our room. The building had the vibe of a dormitory in a fancy private school, and reminded us of some of the McMenamins we have stayed at. Floor is a little bit squeaky, which is to be expected in such an old building. It would be very difficult for anybody with mobility issues to stay here. "For me it was a perfect stay. I was visiting a friend and it was a ten minute walk from her apartment. It was clean and comfy. The host was responsive and super nice! I recommend it to my friend, if she has any guests coming over that she wants close. I would stay there again! "

"The Graduate is a cool, stylish choice. It is mostly aimed at a younger crowd (we are in our 40's and were there with our daughter), but we all found it comfortable. The rooftop bar, the Mountaineering Club, is a great place for panoramic views of Seattle. The U District is as central a location as you will find, but be aware that there will be noise on the street at night if you keep your windows open.
