"Staff was nice!"

"Beware of staying at this particular Hampton Inn. The building is not being properly maintained. Wallpaper peeling off in hallways, dirty corners, sloppy repairs noted. It appears to accommodate a lot of traveling construction workers. The room we were given had a very dirty toilet and caulk slopped all in the interior of the sink. We went to another Hampton Inn on the other side of town to see if we could switch hotels, but we could not bc we booked through Expedia. Expedia did call our hotel...

"breakfast was ok. best thing was the bagels. room was clean but could not get it cool enough. bed was nice. i love that they use Dove products in the bathroom, body wash, shampoo. no room service. i would stay again"

"We ended up leaving no sooner than we arrived. Not what we expected. Not very clean. 2 rooms 4 Queen beds had hair and stains on bedding. Patches of carpet missing and smelled like a smoking room. Piles of animal hair on the carpet. Outside the room patch of carpet in front of just about every room on floor 2. Rust on bottom of bathroom door frame. The place could use about 5 to 6 deep-cleanings, maybe "

"The room was very clean and the property was well-kept. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was lacking with no drink options except for coffee - a little attention to the breakfast would make this a better stop. But, we slept well!"

"The room was clean, parking was safe, the hotel was in a remote area so it felt safe. My only complaints were that the refrigerator was noisy so it kept waking me up. There was no "do not disturb" sign available so the maid woke us up knocking loudly on our door at 10:30 am after we had a long drive and got to the hotel at 3 am. I like that pets stay free. "
