"I love the clean yet elegant atmosphere of the hotel.. There’s filtered water faucet in the room so it saves me money from buying water and convenient.to get water. The Thomson restaurant is very good with friendly staff service and located on the main floor. The amenities like the pool, hot tub and gym was clean and operated on most hours. As a guest I didn’t have to pay full parking fee. It was fantastic and I really enjoyed my conference experience and my 5-night stay at Hyatt Regency...

"The room was nice and clean. Everything looks new and stylish. The bed were clean and comfortable. The washroom were large and clean. Although, it can feel a bit chilly and the ceiling rain shower is a miss. It feels like a water jet from the ceiling. Just use the regular shower head instead. Staff were helpful and friendly. The location is convenient for downtown."

"Nice hotel with a decent place for breakfast but no real decent restaurant options in the hotel or neighborhood. Good location to run along the Bow River, however the homeless population seems to be increasing which is unfortunate. Would stay there again and the rooms are nice with modern features throughout."
