I have stayed in the UAE multiple times, and interestingly, during this trip I stayed at Hyatt properties in different locations—including Dallas and Oman—and was assigned Room 616 each time. My stay at your Grand Hyatt property was overall excellent, and I truly appreciated the service and experience provided. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding a billing matter. "I absolutely love this property, I have stayed here before as well. It’s clean, it’s modern, above all the staff are very kind and welcoming. Shout out to the breakfast staff (Prayog) for the iced coffee and making our breakfast experience extra memorable! The gym is spacious. The housekeeping staff made sure everything is well kept and stocked up. And if you call front desk and request they are quick to fulfill your request. Thank you! "

"The staff were all lovely. We arrived and our room wasn't ready, we were given complimentary access to the lunch buffet while we waited and the food was lovely! We used the pool, and watched the sun set over the city. The room was spacious and the little kitchen would be great for long stays or larger families. Only downside was we heard everything in the room next door, not sure if this is normal or they were just super loud."
