"Everything was fantastic!!! The room was clean, lobby clean, hot tub great temp, pool heated it was a fantastic stay and will definitely stay here again. The only advice would be to add more variety of hot breakfast instead of just eggs and sausage but delicious either way. Close to Costco and other amenities right across the street. Thank you!! This was a breath of fresh air to arrive at Springhill Suites after we left our original hotel due to lack of cleanliness. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! "

"It took them 3 tries to get our rooms right. They tried to upsell sell me on check-in. I already had a handicap accessible king room with a tub and another double queen landmark view room. They assigned us a room that had a shower. Then they reassigned rooms. However, the other room I reserved, the landmark view room. They put us on the 2nd floor of the hotel. No view. They later switched us to a better room. Check in was at 4pm. It was after 6 by the time we got our rooms. Kid's didnt have much...

"Double charged. 180+ from Expedia for the room. Then they put a 120$ hold on my card. Ok no big deal. Then I get home from my trip and see I was charged another 20$ hold. Ok no big deal..weird... But no big deal. Then I see .. another full room rate charge. Left room in perfect condition literally just went in slept and left. Worker either is scamming people intentionally or Expedia is trash. Never using this app again. "

"I was rudely treated by staff after booking through Expedia. I arrived at hotel only to be treated horribly by staff and was not able to check for some odd reason! I was not informed and the hotel response was its Expedia fault. Ruined my birthday weekend."

"The room was very clean though it had a slight musty smell and the hallway also had a slight odor. The parking is an open surface lot without security even though it’s an extra $30. The room had USB-A ports, no USB-C options. The bathroom was very nice and very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast selection was good - it ended at 9:30 which seems early for a weekend. "Everything was clean and safe here. I could tell the staff did a good job cleaning the room before my arrival. The only thing I would say was lacking was the breakfast in the morning. Breads, cereal and parfait was really the only option. Would have been nice to have some eggs/sausage/bacon/hashbrown options. A good stay otherwise!"

"Staff were kind, food was delicious, skywalk accessibility was an unexpected plus. There were some little things with the room (e.g. the remote wouldn't work sometimes, the shower didn't get very hot despite turning it all the way over), but overall I had a pleasant stay and would come again."
