Welcome to our idyllic holiday home, located on the edge of a beautiful hiking area near Winterberg. This spacious detached house is perfect for a relaxing vacation with family or friends and comfortably accommodates up to 14 people. Enjoy the peace and nature in this charmingly furnished house, with everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

Highlights:
• Cozy Living Rooms: Two living rooms on the ground floor, including a small living room with a comfortable seating area and TV, and a large living room with a fireplace, spacious dining area for 14 people, and access to the sunny terrace and southwest-facing garden.
• Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen features two ceramic cooktops, a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, and kettle, ideal for preparing meals for large groups.
• 5 Spacious Bedrooms: Two bedrooms on the ground floor and three on the upper floor, all furnished with comfortable single box spring beds. Extra cribs with bed linen are available.
• 3 Bathrooms: Modern bathrooms, one with a bathtub and separate shower on the upper floor, and two with showers, sinks, and toilets.
• Practical Amenities: Washing machine, dryer, lockable shed for bikes, skis, or motorbikes, and parking for 5 cars.

After an active day, you can relax by the fireplace with a good glass of wine or enjoy dinner at the large dining table. In summer, the terrace with wooden garden furniture and the garden offer the perfect spot for long evenings outdoors.

Location: This holiday home is ideally located for excursions in the Sauerland, whether you come to ski, hike, or mountain bike. For a moment of extra relaxation, you can book an appointment at the nearby Salt Cave and enjoy the pure air.

Please note: Parties or loud events are not allowed. This holiday home is intended for families and seniors who want to enjoy peace and nature. Quiet hours begin after 10:00 PM.

Wir waren mit einer Wandertruppe dort und haben mit der Unterkunft alles richtig gemacht. Eine gute Kommunikation im Vorfeld, eine Terrasse in der Sonne zum Ankommen und eine gut ausgestattete Küche waren die ersten richtig guten Akzente des Hauses.Die Zimmer sind gut aufgeteilt und die 2-er und 4-er Zimmer, einige mit Gitterbett, passten für uns hervorragend.Mit dem Thermostat der zentralen Heizungsanlage hatten wir leider unser Schwierigkeiten, sodass das Haus abends ohne Sonne sehr schnell auskühlte. Aber auch hier konnte der sympathische Gastgeber ganz kurzfristig und detailliert Auskunft geben, was das Problem war und uns zur Lösung navigieren.Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet gewesen und wir konnten z.B. die Ruhrquelle, umliegende Hütten und Winterberg fußläufig sehr gut erreichen.Gerne wieder!

Wir waren als Familie mit 10 Personen zum dritten Mal hier und es hat uns wieder sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist für eine große Gruppe perfekt ausgestattet.

Für uns mit 9 Personen die perfekte Größe und Aufteilung. Besonders gefallen hat uns der große Aufenthaltsraum mit dem offenen Kamin und die perfekt ausgestattete Küche. Die Lage des Hauses mit dem Blick ins Orketal ist wunderbar.
