The vacation rental includes a breakfast kitchen. It is equipped with everything you need: coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, and microwave. A compact refrigerator and basic dishes ensure your comfort, so you can easily prepare breakfast

Minimum stay and seasonal rates:
• Mon–Fri: 2 nights
• Holidays, Carnival, and long weekends: 3 nights
• Christmas, New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day: 5 nights

Check-in – A warm welcome awaits you upon arrival!
Check-in is on the booked arrival date starting at 3:00 PM. If your arrival time changes or you’d like to arrive at a different time, please let us know in advance. This way, we can ensure that the vacation rental is ready for you upon your arrival. We look forward to welcoming you in person when you arrive!

Free parking right next to the house
Our free parking lot right next to the house is available for your arrival—both in summer and winter. This way, you can arrive completely relaxed and park your vehicle safely while you enjoy your stay.

Departure
On the day of your departure, we ask that you vacate the vacation rental by 10:00 a.m.

Final Cleaning
The final cleaning fee is €50.00 (included in the price)

Tourist Tax
The tourist tax is €3.00 per person per night (ages 16 and up) and is payable upon key pickup.
