Would you like to relax on holiday and still have a lot of fun? Then you've come to the right place. Our apartment is designed for 2 to 4 people plus a baby. A living room with a double sofa bed for 2 people with a joining balcony and flat screen TV, as well as a dining area and kitchen with all necessary utensils such as a 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle make it possible to pamper your loved ones even on holiday.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe, offering plenty of storage for your belongings. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, shower, and washbasin, providing everything you need for a refreshing start to the day.
Step out onto the balcony, where you can enjoy sunshine from morning until evening—perfect for leisurely breakfasts or relaxing evenings. Your dog is also welcome, making the apartment ideal for the whole family.
Your car will be safely stored in the private garage, which can also be used for skis or bicycles, offering added convenience for active holidaymakers.

At some of our accommodations you can use the (communal) swimming pool or there is a swimming pool in the area. Due to the energy measures in Germany, the swimming pools are unfortunately not heated until further notice. Any existing saunas will still work as usual. We apologize for any inconvenience.
We ask for a deposit of € 100, - through a SEPA form. This will be sent to you in advance and will be filled in at check-in. With the SEPA form, you authorize us to deduct up to € 100, - if, for example, there is damage. If nothing is settled, the SEPA form will automatically lapse.

The rental price includes energy costs.

The apartment includes free use of the indoor swimming pool and use of the sauna (€ 2.00 per time).

Bed linen, final cleaning, and tourist tax are mandatory and can be found on your reservation overview and/or invoice.

Towels, kitchen textiles, and children's furniture can be rented separately on request.

Please note that young groups and parties are not allowed.
