The condo is convenient to the shops, Starbucks, restaurants, hot tubs, gym, and walking distance to the gondola. That’s what we paid top dollar for. However I was disappointed that the massage chair didn’t work. That’s what I was most excited about. But I did walk over to Iron Horse resort and paid for a massage. Overall it was nice staying in the middle of the action. I’d stay here again.

3 couples enjoyed this property for 3 days of skiing at Winter Park. The unit was clean, well furnished, and had everything we needed. The convenience of ski on/off was great. I highly recommend it.

Relaxing, Cozy and Roomy

We really enjoyed everything about the place. It was relaxing, cozy and roomy. The fireplace put out a lot of heat! We loved it! There were no problems, just a small maintenance issue that needs addressed with the bunk room and It's door handle being loose. We will definitely stay here again!

Excellent Location and Amenities

Other than vague instructions on parking, we had a great time. The condo set up perfect for myself, my wife and our four children. Plenty of space. Very conveniently located. Everything is withing walking distance. Ski right outside the back door to the Gondola. Would highly recommend.

Very spacious for group of 9

This condo had everything our two families needed for the week. We hosted breakfast for 2 more families before setting out on the mountain! The corner unit has a balcony that overlooks the walkway to the Gondola so the kids could look up and wave to grandma on their way out. The massage chair was a huge hit for everyone.

Awesome ski place

We love Zephyr for ski in/out, but this is the best unit we’ve stayed at. Massage chair is great. Management company relies heavily on you noticing important emails and returning keys to box.

They Ghosted us

Due to an airplane crash we couldn't make it to Winter Park. We asked about the possibility of any refund; we would have even been happy with a partial future credit but they never replied. Poor business practices as we will come back to Winter Park but we will not consider any Evolve properties.

Would stay again!!!

Was so pleased with this condo! The check in was confusing but was ironed out quickly! Also thought one of the bathrooms in the master bedroom was a sliding glass door but was a curtain and the shower attachment made a horrible noise that could be fixed with 30 seconds to a minute wiggling. Also the suede couch was not used as it sat in front of the tv in the family room due to massive staining. BUT these things were easily overlooked due to location and convivence!
