Welcome to Apex Peak! This luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo is situated on the top floor of the Founder's Pointe building, featuring soaring ceilings and stunning mountain views. You will appreciate the expansive vistas from your adirondack chairs on the private balcony! This spacious unit comfortably accommodates up to 6 adults, providing all the comforts and conveniences of home. Unwind with family and friends in the well-appointed living room, which includes comfortable sofas, a large flat-screen TV, and a cozy fireplace. Enjoy meal preparation in the large kitchen, equipped with all stainless steel appliances. Dine at the table that seats 6, or at the additional breakfast bar with 3 padded stools. Each bedroom is furnished with a TV and ample space to relax. The primary bedroom boasts a new King mattress for a restful night's sleep, along with an ensuite bathroom featuring a separate walk-in shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom includes a Queen bed, and there is an additional Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Apex Peak also provides a washer and dryer within the unit. This unit truly has it all! Located in Winter Park Village's newest building, you can easily walk off the slopes and into a variety of shops, restaurants, or bars at the base. Children will enjoy the short stroll from ski school and sipping hot cocoa on the private balcony. At the end of the day, take advantage of the amenities deck, which features a large spa, grills, and lounge chairs for relaxation and enjoyment. Apex Peak also includes a private ski locker on the first floor, allowing you to conveniently grab your gear as you head out the door, approximately 600 feet away, to experience those first fresh powder turns. Immerse yourself in all that Winter Park has to offer, including world-class skiing, snowboarding, tubing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, hiking, biking, fishing, concerts, and festivals. The bus stop is conveniently located across the street, providing free access to all of Winter Park! Complex Amenities include ski locker, outdoor hot tub and grill area, coin laundry, elevator and covered parking. Walk about the Village for shopping and dining, easy walk to the Gondola. Main floor lobby area with sitting area, flat screen TV, private ski lockers. This property has a giant common area amenity deck that includes coin operated laundry, changing rooms, hot tub, barbecue grille, outdoor fireplace, and views of the slopes. The Village restaurants, shops, and activities are just steps across Winter Park Drive. The location of this condo shown on the map does not match the address. A ski-in-ski-out condo is what I looked for. Even the real location is not too far away, it is still not as close as shown on the map. Other than that, I have no complaint about the condo’s amenities.

Would Stay Again But Has Its Drawbacks
Let’s start with the positives.Great location and communication from the host. Check in process was SUPER easy. The ski locker was a good size and fit gear for 3 people. The bathroom was very nice.Neutral Items…The kitchen area was small but serviceable. The two burner stove was not conducive for making meals and the small refrigerator doesn’t hold much, so it would be a property best suited for those that prefer dining out.The laundry area was standard.Now, the negatives…The property did not actually appear to be cleaned very well. There were wrappers/trash from previous guests on the floor around the nightstands when we arrived and the floor had clearly not been swept because there was dirt all over it. Socks were required for keeping clean feet.The convection oven setting for the microwave did not work. Even after 15 minutes of preheating the temp never moved.Even with all lights on, it was dim. I work remotely and there was very minimal lighting for my video calls.My recommendation…I would stay here again but only if it was two guests. I now know about some of the downfalls and it’s far more suited for 2 than 3-4 people. I would assume that the cleaning was a one-time mishap. I have stayed in several Winter Park resort properties and this was my first property that I would call dirty. The location for the price is the biggest plus.

Good for short stay
Building is in good location. Parking is convenient and covered. Unit is fine but there was no soap in the unit and kitchenette is very minimally supplied. Manager finally got us soap late evening on the 2nd day, not ideal but we survived. Overall pretty good.

High priced motel
The location is awesome. Hot tub and grill were a nice way to spend the day after being on the mountian. But for the price i would have expected the room to be completely clean. Half of the dishes were dirty, covered with dried on food. I had to spend time cleaning dishes before i could use them. Unsatisfactory! Ive never been to a hotel anywhere in the world without hand soap in the bathroom so we had to use our body wash. One of the chairs by the tv had a leg that was barely hanging on. It was obviously placed in a way to balance the chair.
If i could go back in time i would stay at the winter park mountain lodge on site.

Perfect stay!
Great location right next to the village. 5 minute walk to the gondola. Ski lockers on first floor make for easy storage for ski equipment and gear. Had a fireplace in the condo which we loved! Great spot for a couple or a few friends. Bed was comfy, which is always a plus!

Winter Park Ski Trip
This was the perfect stay for my wife and I. We wanted something close to the ski lifts and we got it! Plenty of space for the two of us, and would have been comfortable with more. Had everything we needed during our stay and the hot tub access was much needed after days on the slopes!

Great location
My son and I stayed here last week and the unit was perfect for us. The kitchen was all we needed and we cooked a few meals there. The bed was very comfortable and the location right at the resort base was so convenient. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again on our next visit.

Perfect location for a quick getaway
Loved the proximity to the slopes and the whole resort. Room was cozy, but easily fit myself, my husband, and our two kids (5 and 2). Check in was a breeze, and Michelle was very responsive and gave great instructions. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean, comfortable, convenient
The perfect place for a family of four to stay while skiing at Winter Park. Can’t beat the location. It was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was nice and hot. We would definitely stay here again.
