New Ski-In/Out Condo w/Hot Tub & Balcony-Short Walk to Gondola & Restaurants

Ski out your door! This stunning condo (built 2023) overlooks Corridor, a green ski run, with the forest beyond — yet you're still a short walk to the village base, the gondola, shops, and restaurants. Watch skiers glide by from the balcony, the living room, or even your bed in the primary bedroom.
Skiing in and out: From the condo, a green run (flatter, though not wide) takes you straight to the gondola. To ski back in, take Mary Jane (a blue run) down to Corridor. Please note: if Mary Jane isn't open (common early season, since the Winter Park side opens first and stays open longest), you can't ski back to the condo, so plan to walk or take the bus home. In spring, the gondola must be open to ski out. Corridor is a green run, but newer skiers and riders should know it has one narrower, steeper stretch on the way back to the condo.
The best of both worlds: Tucked just outside the village instead of in the middle of it, you get the trees and quiet of the mountain without the late-night noise or early-morning delivery trucks, and the base area is still just a short walk away.
Up-hillers, you've found your basecamp! You're right on the mountain, so you can skip the drive and the parking lot. Uphill access (skinning) is allowed during the resort's operating hours with a Winter Park uphill armband. There is no uphill access from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. Please check Winter Park Resort's website for designated routes and any updated guidelines before heading out.
Sleeps up to 6: a luxurious king bed in the primary bedroom, a bunk den just inside the front door (full bottom/twin top, newer mattresses), and a living room with an incredibly comfortable large couch that also pulls out into a full bed (honestly, the couch is more comfortable than the pull-out). A queen air mattress is provided for an extra guest or anyone who prefers it.
Après, sorted: Gather at the bar by the electric fireplace, fire up the community grill on the heated walkway, warm up around the propane fire pit under the stars, then soak tired legs in the building's large hot tub, just steps from your door (please note: no jets, just plenty of room to relax). Occasionally, a guest runs the shared propane tank empty, and it can take property management a few days to refill it.
Kitchen staples: At the start of each season (December), we stock the kitchen with condiments, spices, sauces, dressings, oils, and syrups, and guests often leave similar items behind. These have been used by previous guests, so please use them at your own discretion. If you have food allergies, we recommend bringing your own. If you spot anything expired, we'd appreciate it if you tossed it!
Getting around: The free local bus, The Lift, runs to the town of Winter Park (about 4 miles) and to Fraser (for groceries). During peak season, it stops at the building next door. Outside peak season, it does not stop at Iron Horse, and the closest stop is the village. Check The Lift Rider app to confirm stops and pickup times.
