"The property appeared to be fairly new and the grounds were well maintained however, our bathroom was absolutely filthy. The tub was disgusting and not even usable."

"Ac unit was loud. Parking is trash. Plus an additional$12 for parking!? When you can’t even park near your room!? Paying $12 to park IN the hotel parking lot is stupid. Just add $15 to your over all price. Also, the HOLD they put on your card ($150) in addition to the room!? What a joke. Total was$350, and I had to wait 3 days for the bank to “release” the hold. I will never stay there again. "

"The thermostat didnt work, the unit would'nt go on. The remote wouldn't work the tv. The key maker couldn't make keys. And the toilet would only flush when it wanted to."

"This is a new and modern hotel, clean, bright and appealing. I chose to stay on the east end of Albuquerque for ease of travel out of town the next morning. It was close to gas stations which was helpful and easy to access from I40 but quiet too. They had a security fence and gate around the property so I had zero worries about my car filled with snow-bird belongings. The room was very clean, modern, and comfortable with a lovely bathroom and comfortable mattress. The breakfast was hot and...

"The breakfast menu has been excellent on my three previous stays at this property. This morning, unfortunately, the person responsible for preparing warm food options was delayed. There was no hot breakfast available, except home fries, from 6:30 am until nearly 7:45 am. The property seems a bit below the standards I have experienced previously. The door inside the bathroom appears to be very scratched and needs painting. The tub doesn't drain properly. There us a tear in the vinyl floor...

"Breakfast was ok, but lacking in options. Staff was very friendly, property was clean. There are lots of homeless in the area... but to be honest, thats just Albuquerque... i even stayed at a Sheraton in midtown there and there were still homeless on the corner. All in all,, ill choose this place agiain. Not a bad price and it's centrally located , so getting anywhere in town is quick and easy."
