"The hotel and staff were wonderful. The location was perfect. We had a beautiful view of the Sandia mountains. The only downside to our whole experience was the fact that we were charged $7.00 per night for parking. The parking lot is shared with a near empty mall so parking is not an issue and seemed like a petty charge to add on ."

"What a fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, the people and the facility showed pride and care in going the extra mile. Rooms, hallway, dining area were all immaculate and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff were politely helpful and kind. Loved the room layout and it was beyond comfortable. "We went for a family funeral. Front desk staff gave us the wrong keys (3) times. We walked into occupied rooms disturbing our fellow family members at 1:30am while there were sleeping due to this error. The toilet was also not functional. Front desk staff said we do not have maintenance and instead of helping us, gave us a plunger to fix our own toilet. Terrible hospitality and organization"
