Offering high-end upgrades, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, attached 2 car garage, front driveway, fully stocked kitchen, huge island, 2d floor laundry for your convenience, BBQ which creates the perfect balance of extravagance and comfort.

Located on a quiet street, yet just minutes away from University of Manitoba, MITT, Football IG Field, great restaurants, shopping, spa, groceries, banking, Altea/Goodlife gym and much more. Step outside, and you are surrounded with men made lakes, biking/walking/jogging trails, countless playgrounds, and friendly community feel.

Please note that this place is NOT suited for gatherings, parties of any kind. This place is meant for quiet quality enjoyment.

The house was exceptional in decor , in organization and in cleanliness. We appreciated the extra touches such as basic supplies and food stuffs provided. We could not have thought of anything else to enhance this visit. Our hosts were responsive to any questions answering almost immediately and with excellent information. We loved the easy travel into our pickleball venue and loved all the options close by for food purchase and eating out. Highest of recommendations from our entire family, Hope to return at some point and would definitely opt for this rental again! Thanks for a wonderful weeks’ stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely "home away from home" during the week of our visit to Winnipeg in late May and early June 2025. Thanks very much to Helena & Michael for providing us with such a great place to stay. For us, the highlights included: spotlessly clean home; extremely comfortable beds (great to get a good night's sleep after an activity-filled day); air conditioning (especially appreciated due to the hot weather during our stay); fully-equipped & well-stocked kitchen (everything we needed); location in a quiet, friendly neighborhood; easy, quick communication with our wonderful hosts, Helena & Michael.

Great Stay

Fantastic stay! This home provides everything you need and more. They've truly thought of every possible household amenity, including extras like children's toys. The addition of soaps and shampoos was a thoughtful touch. There were plenty of towels and linens, which added to the comfort of our stay. The house itself is beautifully designed from top to bottom and ideally located for easy access to local attractions, as well as near the south perimeter for convenient travel.The communication with the hosts was excellent. We entered the house with clear expectations and were pleasantly surprised that it exceeded them.Our only recommendation is to align the check-in and check-out times listed in the VRBO listing with those communicated in messages, as they currently differ. Also, offering this as a one-night stay would be perfect for a family like us, as it would be much more convenient than booking hotel rooms around the city for our frequent travels. Other than that, we'll definitely be returning!

Amazing

The house was beautiful. Exceptionally clean, incredibly well stocked with all things needed for a very comfortable stay. The location in such a quiet area just made it all even better. I most definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a few nights in the city without being stuck in a hotel room.

Beautiful Home In New Neighborhood

Our hosts, Mike & Helena, were absolutely perfect hosts during every stage of our 6-night visit at their home...excellent communication throughout the reservation process, check-in, stay, and check-out. House was more than clean, it was completely sanitized & ready for us. Plenty of good quality bed, bath, and kitchen linens, and all the kitchware anybody could need. Loved the summer evening sunsets from the back patio! We would definitely stay here again.
