Most of the check in staff were indifferent and mumbled instructions, it was difficult to understand.
Staff at check were fine—and I appreciated the tea in the morning.
The place was mostly clean but there was a musty, old smell mostly on the 17th floor—hallway.
The pillows were mostly lumpy and uncomfortable.
If the price was less than $300+ per night I probably would feel differently. Not worth the money for sure.
The place is a little tired and needs a refresh.
I write these reviews because Expedia reviews are “wonderful!” And rated the property a 9. I would rate it a 6.5-7 at most.
