"Parking was very good, secure, staff was very nice, even brought us fresh towels at check in! Hard to understand, English wasn’t the best. The TV was poor. They did explain the trick to turning it on. But we didn’t understand them, didn’t want to be rude and keep asking. We did get it on, never got it to change channels, the remote was useless. For the price, we would stay again. It was very clean, bug free. The coffee was wonderful! "

"First room we had had a significant water leak. Got moved to Another room that had burn marks on the blankets. Dried blood on the bathroom door. Dried blood on the wall near the table. Exhaust fan did not work properly. Coffee maker was in non-working order. "

"This was our first time staying at Walnut Waters. It was an absolute pleasure to meet the owners and stay at such a relaxing and well-appointed venue. One of the best experiences was enjoying the beautiful scenery while relaxing on the pond. "

"The overall look of the place was very worn and not well kept. Hallways needed vacuumed and floors swept and mopped. Furniture in dining area was stained and very worn down. I tried using the treadmill 1 wouldn't work at all the other started but stopped working after a few minutes with a check motor code. There was a clipped toenail on the floor and used earbuds on equipment. Breakfast was also very sub par. Very sad, because our last visit was very nice.."

The main picture provided makes it seem that the hotel that you will be staying in is sprawled out around multiple buildings surrounding a courtyard. This is not true. The hotel is in a back corner of the village property without grandeur. "The TV needs to be updated, elevator slow, both of these are not deal breakers. Hotel was very clean, staff friendly, the waffles 10/10"

"The room was not ready. Coffee spill on the floor in the lobby ignored. Wall tiles missing from the lobby wall in sitting area. The room had multiple paint gouges/scratches. No chair, no iron, no bedside lamps. "

"Unfortunately, the room we were staying in, wasn’t clean very well. On the nightstand there were used nicotine pouches near the phone. There was a leftover water bottle on the floor by the desk. This is disappointing, considering there was a message next to the TV saying the room was cleaned. It didn’t completely ruin our experience or anything, but it was a bit jarring.
