Ideal location. Within walking distance of essential landmarks such as Times Square, Empire state building, 5th avenue and the Summit is in the street behind it. Safe at night. Plenty of shops around. I have to mention Abigail in reception. I can't thank her enough for letting us have our rooms much earlier than check in time for no extra cost. We'd arrived on an overnight flight from LA and were completely shattered. She was amazing. She was friendly, considerate and kind. Everything you wish a customer facing professional to be. The room itself was perfect. Big but homely with essential amenities. The lounge on level 2 was always open to guest and stocked with cold water, fruits and croissants as well as coffee and tea. Check out is at 1pm and the hotel will keep the luggage for you after checkout and help with taxis
