Escape to Tims Ford Lake for the perfect mix of relaxation and fun! Hop on the included golf cart and cruise down to your private dock and boat slip for a day on the water. Back at the house, the fun continues with basketball arcade, ping pong, foosball, and putt-putt. With plenty of space to relax, play, and reconnect, this lake retreat is made for families and friends looking to boat, unwind, compete, and make unforgettable memories at Tims Ford Lake.

On the first floor you`ll find the master bedroom/bath with king bed, kitchen, living area, half bath, and a secondary bedroom. Upstairs you have a queen bed and bunk room with a jack and jill style bathroom with full tile shower. Head out to the heated/cooled garaged where you can challenge your family and friends to arcade basketball, putt putt challenge, ping pong, foosball, and darts.

The 6 seater golf cart is included with the home so you can use it to go back and forth to the dock which is about a 2 min drive or you can also drive your vehicle an dpark in the parking area near the dock. Golf cart is available March-November. We do not provide the golf cart in the winter months.

This home is in the highly sought after Dripping Springs Neighborhood

This home is not waterfront but you are just a 2-3 minute golf cart ride to the dock where you`ll find a slip for your boat or you can swim and fish off the dock.

There are stairs going down to the dock.

The dock does not have power
Must be 25yrs of age or older to book the property
No parties or events
Children must be supervised at all times
No smoking in the home, if you smoke outside we do ask you dispose of any butts.
No pets allowed
No parking on the road per HOA rules
No parking in grass per HOA rules
Golf cart is intended to go back and forth to the dock only. No drinking while operating the vehicle and no person under the age of 18 is allowed to drive the golf cart.
Please obey all speed limit signs as nieghbors are often walking with pets and children.
Neighbors are close by so we do ask for no loud music or yelling outside as we need to be respectful of their home.
Boat ramp in the neighborhood is off limits and not available for guest use.
