"The room was very neglected and obviously hadn't been properly cleaned ie dirty window ledges, dust everywhere, bare repairs in the bathroom, remote control needed new batteries, frayed carpet into bathroom - the rooms were nothing like advertised on website and are certainly not worth the £492 we paid for the five nights we were there - only worth at least half of that.
