The management moved me to another room (right across the hall, actually) for the second night so no big inconvenience, but still. . ."

"Wonderful trip! The staff was amazing and extremely helpful. I was happy with the valet service. They were very nice and efficient. The hotel is beautiful. Many spots to sit inside by the fireplace or outside. The room was beyond my expectations. Everything was spotless. The bathroom was clean and had a nice large shower. The bed was perfect. "Front desk was every helpful being my first time staying here I lost a pair of shoes I left at the hotel I just purchased them so I was really upset they said they didn’t find them but the room was clean and up to date I did enjoy staying here it’s a huge hotel way different than what imagined! "
