Three bedroom two bath lake front cottage Wilson NY.

This property has been inspected and approved for rental by the Town of Wilson and meets all rental requirements. Guess what - we are adding on an addition to be completed in April 2026. It is a 16 x 14 master bedroom with an attached master bathroom with a walk-in 48 inch shower. The bedroom has a walk out to the deck. See the architectural drawings of the addition in the pictures of the cottage. We will update pictures of the addition as the addition is completed. The addition is completely framed in the plumbing is installed and the electrical completed. The roof and siding will be done by the end of the month. I will update with pictures. The Anderson windows and the slider have been installed. What a great job the builder did! If you looking for a retreat away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life or just a few days of serenity, this location is the place for you. The three bedroom two bath summer cottage is directly on the shore of Lake Ontario in Wilson, NY.

The inside has a large central living/dining room. The kitchen has all new appliances. The kitchen does not have a dishwasher. All rooms have air conditioning. The smaller bathroom is 6 x 6 and has a 34-inch shower stall shower. All bedrooms have new beds, mattresses, and bedding. The new master bedroom will be 16 x 14 with a king size bed. The second bedroom is 12 x 13 with a queen bed. The third bedroom is 10x10 and has a full bed. The living area has a new queen sleeper sofa. There is Wi Fi cable and smart TV in central living area.

Enjoy the outside eating areas, sit in the gazebo in the front, enjoy conversations around the fire pit, or relax as you watch the beautiful sunsets. There is plenty of room for outside activities and private water access for kayaking or just sitting with your feet in the water.

Stores and restaurants are only a 5-minute car ride away. If you want to do some sightseeing, Niagara Falls and the Canadian border are 25 minutes away. Fishing boat rentals are available in Wilson and Olcott, 5 minutes away. Service animals are allowed. Please let owner know if there will be a service animal.

Check-in is at 4:00 on the first day of the stay, and check-out is at 10:00 am on the last day. There is no smoking allowed in the cottage around the cottage perimeter, or anywhere on the propery. There isn’t a washer or dryer in the cottage but there is a laundromat nearby. There is NO FISH CLEANING IN THE COTTAGE. There is a freezer in the garage for fresh catch for those who fish.

We also rent the property for family reunions, weddings, showers, or other events. Please get in touch with the owner if you are looking to use the property for any events. Please message us if you have any questions.

What a lovely home on the lake. We enjoyed a couple of days relaxing with beautiful views. The house had everything we needed and more. The owners are close by and are so kind. Comfy bed too! Didn’t really want to leave. Looking forward to another visit.

It was spiritually cleansing to just sit and stare at that beautiful lake with quiet all around us. We did not entertain there, wanted to keep it to ourselves. Our Roku box connected perfectly with their TV and we were able to watch our shows at night. We loved our visit to the Medina Railroad museum and bought a Tommy Train hat for this old lady. YES WE WILL BE BACK!

This beautiful property nestled on the shores of Lake Ontario was perfect for our family. My younger girls enjoyed fishing on the pond, paddle boating, and taking in the sights and sounds the lake has to bring. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding communities and all the area has to bring. Mostly relaxation for us! The house had all the essentials plus more, to make us feel welcome and at home. The property owners were highly communicative and made check-in to checking out a breeze. Book this property, you won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful Cottage

The cottage was very clean! The decor is beautiful and the furniture was brand new. The kitchen was small but very well stocked and met our needs. Nice large refrigerator! The highlight of the weekend for the grandkids was the pond. They caught so many fish and loved the paddle boat. We loved the lake view and sunsets. The fire pit was stocked with wood and had plenty of chairs around it. The property owners were so nice and responded right away when we had a question.

A great place to relax with friends and to watch sunsets

Paul and Erin are great hosts. Very responsive and friendly. Several times in the past few years, my friends from around the US and I have returned to our home town (Lockport) to renew friendships. By far, this is our best place to get together and share our experiences. We are already planning to stay with Paul and Erin on our next trip.

Beutiful lake views

This property has a gorgeous view of lake Ontario. A great place to sit outside and read a book. We took a short drive to Niagra falls and spent the day. The kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked. Linens and paper products were provided. There was a pedal boat to use on the pond for fishing. Overall a great place to stay and we would definitely return.

We loved the view and the house so much we never wanted to leave and in fact we changed plans for an outing to get more time to just sit on the lawn and read and relax! It was peaceful and a perfect amount of togetherness and solitude. The wildlife was a joy too. Bunnies, beavers, toads, geese, racoons and fireflies! We will be back.

Cute cozy cottage!

The cottage is decorated very nicely, was very clean, and the lake views are spectacular. The kitchen lighting is a bit dim, but it was not a problem. The small bedroom is tight, probably more comfortable for one person than two adults. I would definitely stay there again.

The sunsets!

We stayed a week and the location was fantastic. Very quiet and the sunsets were spectacular. The house appears recently renovated and was very comfortable. We stay in the area every 8 weeks or so and look forward to visiting again.

Stay in June at the lakeside cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this Lake Ontario cottage! The cottage was clean, well stocked with supplies, and beautifully decorated. The beds were comfortable, and the views of the lake were simply breathtaking! Each evening, we enjoyed fishing in the pond, watching the stunning sunsets, and having bonfires. Paul, our host, was wonderful. He was responsive, helpful, and friendly, showing genuine care for the property and ensuring we had a great stay. The cottage and grounds were well-maintained, and we loved using the paddle boat on the pond. Inside, the cottage is cozy and charming. The main bedroom was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The second bedroom, though small, was perfect for our kids. The kitchen was well stocked; we only needed to bring food! Adding a blender could be a helpful addition—we missed having one for milkshakes. The main living area was spacious with excellent lake views. We were treated to amazing sunsets and enjoyed spotting wildlife like Canadian geese, rabbits, and bald eagles. On warm days, the living room could get hot, but we appreciated the cool breezes from the lake. In terms of location, the cottage is situated about a 30-45 minute drive from Niagara Falls, making it a great retreat away from the tourist hustle. The nearest Walmart with groceries was about 40 min away! We loved the peace and quiet the cottage location provided.
