This Indian Paintbrush condo is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath beautifully appointed mountain modern property located in the Aspens neighborhood between the town of Jackson and Teton Village. Known for its abundance of wildlife and beautiful scenery, the Aspens is also close to the entrance of Grand Teton National Park. Remodeled in late 2023, the condo is outfitted with all new appliances and nice furnishings and can accommodate up to three people.
This one bedroom, one bath condo is located just 4 miles from the world-famous Jackson Hole Ski Resort. Enjoy the wonderful walks and the extensive bike path system close by without getting in your car. Restaurants, a gourmet grocery store with full deli and wine shop, a top notch bakery/coffee shop, retail shops and access to the bus system are all within walking distance. The unit is located just 6 miles from the Town of Jackson, where you can find great restaurants, galleries, theaters, shopping, the National Elk Refuge, and Snow King Ski Resort.

This unit is on the ground floor and the cozy back deck opens to a burbling stream with nice mountain views. There is a comfortable queen bed in the bedroom and one twin bed in the living area which also doubles as an enjoyable daybed for reading and relaxing. The living room has a leather sofa/barstools and a sitting area with a TV and a wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen is adjacent to the living area and the washer/dryer is located in the bathroom.

Jackson Hole is a special place where winter and summer are welcomed with equal joy. The area offers terrific skiing in the winter and numerous outdoor activities in the summer. Jackson Hole is famous for the best fishing, hiking, rafting, mountain biking, rock climbing, wildlife viewing, and sightseeing in the USA. Our condo can also be a base for visitors to Yellowstone National Park which is about 60 miles away.

Please note that we are on the ground floor and have guests above us. You can sometimes hear the neighbors in these condo units.
There is no AC but a fan is provided in the storage closet inside the unit. AC is very uncommon in mountain properties.
No RV's, campers, trailers, or pets per HOA rules. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM.
