Full Keurig and Coffee maker as well. Linens and towels provided. 1 off street space and ample free street parking included. This is the entire second floor unit. NO shared space.

We rented this place for college graduation. The location was perfect for getting to the college and walkable to downtown. The space was perfect for a small graduation gathering and very comfortable. The balcony was nice for hanging out outside in the morning and evening under the trees. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent this house again.

Coming from someone that loves old homes, this home was perfect. The location could not be beat being so close to River Walk. Plenty of space for our group of 6. The porch was such a quaint place to sit and watch the world go by. This is a place we would again book if we are in the area again.

This was one of the best I have ever stayed in…I love the way the owner let me come in early and decorate for my girlfriend birthday! The beds were super comfortable amazing view of the city! I will definitely book again just for the cozy home away from home

Great location! Extremely walkable to downtown. The rooms were huge! We only stayed for one overnight so didn’t stay long enough to take advantage of this spacious upper level. Much bigger than I anticipated. There is a nice balcony to sit and enjoy the lovely neighborhood.
