The first-floor master bedroom with a king-sized bed may not be ideal for light sleepers due to noise from the condensing unit installed on the exterior wall. To help ensure your comfort, we are providing complimentary earplugs and white noise machines in the room.
In the spring, the condensing unit will be relocated to the ground to resolve this issue. In the meantime, we appreciate your understanding.

House Rules:
• No smoking on the premises, including inside the house, outdoor areas, the deck, balcony, and yards.
• No pets allowed.
• No parties or events.
• Quiet hours: 10 PM ~ 8 AM
• Age restriction: All renters and their guests must be over the age of 25, unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Please note: The Owaissa Club development is nearing completion, with exterior construction finished and only minor interior work and landscaping remaining. While we do not anticipate any disruption to your stay, we’ve discounted our rates to reflect the ongoing development.
