"Tried to charge me 11$ more than the price I was given online when I made the reservation. I showed him the confirmation email and he then refused to rent me a room all together over me wanting him to honor the price I had already confirmed online. "The floor was so sticky. There were cigarette burns in all of the sheets. No towels were provided. Hardly any toilet paper. You had to turn the sink off and on from the shut off valve under the sink. Half of the curtain was nailed to the wall. Air conditioner heater only blew air and did not change temperature whatsoever. When I mentioned to the front desk above the heater in the morning, he said oh well you could’ve come and asked me for a space heater. Also, he tried charging me $55 and I had...

"New property. Plenty of parking. Staff was very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. No lobby restrooms or ice machines on the property. For a new property, I wish the walls would have been more insulated for sound. Could hear noise from other rooms easily. "
