- Lake & Pool - Swim in the water at your own risk. There is no lifeguard.

- There are a few life jackets provided but correct sizes cannot be guaranteed. Please bring your own for boating and specific sizes.

- Stairs must be accessed for loft bedroom access, the garage apartment, & to the second-level outdoor deck.

- Non-smoking residence. Smoking is strictly prohibited. This is a family-friendly property and there will be additional charges if we discover any evidence of smoking in the home.

- Absolutely no events, parties, or large gatherings. Please be always respectful of the neighbors! Quite time begins at 10:00 pm.

- Pets are strictly prohibited. "No pets" policy must be observed.

- No open flames inside the home.



In order to monitor lake levels, there is a security camera located in the backyard. The camera faces the lake and does not look into any interior spaces.

From the start we had great communication. The property was clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed to have a fun weekend The kitchen was especially well stocked with every we needed to serve huge family-style meals. The lake view and access was great, too. We loved the back porch and fire pit.

The outside was very beautiful, the inside was nice and great for families, I would not call the inside luxurious but it was comfortable. We stayed in the fall, October…acorns were falling everywhere and inside the pool. Quite impossible in October to keep the pool clean…I cleaned it once and found out it’s filled faster than my cleaning with nuts. The trees are absolutely beautiful around the pool so it’s just a dilemma in the fall. We really enjoyed the fire pit. The sunset views from the pool area are stunning. The communication was quite good. No issues with any appliances or anything like that. We rented a boat and jet ski not far away and had fun tubing and fishing.

Great rental for large family. Accommodated us all well and fun activities for all ages — fishing, golf, games, kayak etc! Enjoyed the large family room and kitchen bar and views of the lake. Everything was clean - even the grill - so we could cook out! Thanks for a great stay.

We booked this home for my mom’s 60th birthday celebration and stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. All she wanted was a peaceful place to relax, fish, and spend time with family and friends, and this property delivered. The home was beautiful and very comfortable, and the owners were great with communication before and during our stay.The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is due to a couple of small issues. We had planned ahead for 16 guests, but there were only 4 rolls of tissue provided, so we had to make a quick store run. Also, one side of the couch was very deep, making it difficult for some of our older guests to use. Lastly, we received a message about a noise complaint around 8 p.m. during a storm, though we were quietly moving indoors and were still within the allowed hours.Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property to others looking for a relaxing getaway.

Exactly as pictured!

One of the best stays my friend group and I have had yet! Pictures are exactly as it looks. Great location right on the lake, very easy access to get in the lake and pool was great as well. Great space for a large group and a baby. Had everything we all look for in one which is hard to come by!

Lofthouse on Lake Conroe

This was an interesting property. The house’s architecture was a bit quirky, but it grew on us over time. We would have appreciated it if the backyard was maintained a bit better, we had to dig out the leaf blower and cleaned some of it ourselves and there was a broken lounge chair on the loft terrace. Other than that the place made for a fun stay.

Houston Wedding Weekend

The property was perfect for our large family. We played games, used the Karaoke machine and enjoyed the beautiful home and the scenery. If we go back we will want to book it again. Also it was so clean and well stocked. We could have used more towels.

Don't Second Guess This One

Absolutely loved this house. The location. The kitchen had everything you could want. I'm picky about my coffee and this house had both a drip and Keurig combo - everyone was happy. I simply have zero complaints. Super fast communication with the host. Neighborhood is very nice. Multiple places to sit outside and enjoy the views. I will definitely rent this one again. AND it's close to the dock for the dinner cruise - Southern Empress.

Our family loved this spacious and beautiful property. Perfect location to have Phillip’s Fishing Guide pick up guys for fishing trip right in the backyard. We also booked a photographer to take our family photos. The outdoor space was the perfect backdrop and photos came out great! So many wonderful memories made here. Looking forward to coming back

This house was perfect for our stay for our son’s & his bride’s wedding wknd. Our family of 10, including her children & even the bride & groom the night before the wedding, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room, sitting space, lovely view of the lake & beautifully arranged outdoor areas couldn’t have been any better. The kids loved the putting green. Having this place, near the venue & w/plenty of restaurants, enhanced the entire wknd! A wonderful experience & everyone is ready to come back for family time in the summer!!

Great place to relax for our son's wedding week

The home is upgraded and really nice- we enjoyed the lake and pool view from the kitchen/family room where we spent most waking hours. Our son's wedding events were in The Woodlands, so the drive wasn't bad. Family was able to come hang out for the afternoon and enjoy the pool. We appreciated the caretaker helping us with pool questions, and also for giving up his parking spaces for us, as we had lots of cars coming and going. When we found that the MBA shower head was acting up, the owner sent out a plumber the same day, and replaced it quickly. We had 3 grandparents, an aunt and uncle, ourselves and 3 grown kids stay here, and it was comfortable. We did move furniture a bit to prevent any falls in two rooms, as there are two transition/steps that could make it easy for the grandparents to fall. It was a great place to stay. Highly recommend.

Fun 5 Days!

Dockside Days was the perfect rental for our family of 11. Plenty of bedrooms and a lot of space to spread out. The shaded pool was very refreshing after being out on boat most afternoons, and a highlight with the little ones. Another advantage was the dock, to be able to bring your own boat was a big plus. We would definitely consider Dockside Days again for our next Lake Conroe trip.
