This beachfront, 4 bedroom home located 2 1/2 miles north of the Grand Traverse resort, and 6 miles north of downtown Traverse City, enjoys a spectacular view of the East Bay and its crystal clear waters. On both levels you will find 2 bedrooms along with a wood-burning fireplace (main floor only) The main floor kitchen is fully equipped, with a kitchenette in the lower level, also TV's on both floors for further convenience. There is also laundry facilities and plenty of space for cards, games and moving around.

This cozy home is ideal for families and friends. Easy beach access for boating, skiing, fishing, walking the beach, and a relaxing day in the sun. Enjoy fires on the beach or cocktails on the deck. The property is situated close enough to Traverse City to enjoy local activities and festivals and yet far enough away for quiet privacy and spectacular sunsets.

Clean home with beautiful views of the bay.Plenty of room for 4 couples and a couple kids.Enjoyed the close proximity to wineries, golf and all the amenities of Traverse city! Would stay here again!

This was our second year staying here. The location is perfect for us. We love the beach for the dog and night time bonfires. In general the neighbors are quiet depending on what visitors they may have. Any issues were quickly resolved.

Fantastic getaway with friends

This is a wonderful house nestled in the woods right on Lake Michigan. It was very clean, comfortable and the owners were very prompt and responsive when we needed to get in touch with them. We will definitely be looking to stay here again soon!

This house is amazing!! It was perfect because everyone can have their own space but there are also large gathering spaces available. The gym was a great added bonus. Lots of turtles in the ocean by the house. Good places to eat within walking distance.

Girl's Weekend

Five women including me stayed in the rental for the weekend for a girl's weekend. The accommodations were perfect for our group. The view of the lake was amazing. I would love to stay here in the summer and enjoy the water/beach.

A Beautiful Spot

This is a cozy house with beautiful beach access on a lovely stretch of sand. House is well-appointed and somewhat remodeled, somewhat rustic, and dog friendly which was very important to us. It was perfect for our friends' weekend. Our host was always available for questions and checked in to make sure we were happy.

Amazing view and private beach

The house is very spacious and it's located right on the lake with it's own private beach. The property is located in a quiet area off the main road but still close enought to Traverse City. Carole was very quick to respond whenever we needed to reach out.

Beach house with amazing views

This property exceeded all our expectations. From the well appointed house with everything we could need, to the amazing views of east bay, and the beautiful beach. We capped off each night with s'mores by the campfire on the beach while we watched the sunset and then viewed the stars. To top it all off the owners were excellent to work with and accommodated all our requests. We'll definitely be back!

Beach, Lake Views, Mid Century Decor - Wonderful

A wonderful place for our family get together. Location was secluded, but only a short distance from Traverse City. We enjoyed the beach (chairs provided) and the nice view of the lake out the window always present. The working upstairs fireplace was nice to sit around in the evening. We wanted to sit on the beach some nights, but the wind and rain prevented that, so the fireplace was a nice backup plan. Would recommend this location.

Relaxing beach home

What a great relaxing home to stay at on the bay. We had seven of us including three teenagers and we had plenty of space. The views from inside the home are amazing and even better on the deck and beach. It was nice having AC on the hot days we were there. The home is comfortable and the kitchen is well appointed. We will certainly try to make it back to this home next summer.

Amazing

If you are looking for a secluded quiet getaway with an amazing private beach and gorgeous views, this is the place to stay. The house is clean with two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. Full baths upstairs and downstairs and a half bath also upstairs. It also has a charcoal grill and fire pit on the beach. My husband's favorite part was the grill and fire pit. Thank you Carole for an amazing stay!!

Everything was great, however the house was musty when we arrived and any clothes hanging in closets retained the musty smell when arriving home. Suggest that air circulation be run even while the house is unoccupied to remove the musty odor.
