The check-in (phase 1) was easy peasy. The check-in (phase 2) was somewhat annoying. Phase 2 meaning someone else at an adjacent desk explains all the bonus savings, which is meant to justify a 90 min tour or briefing to receive these bonuses. But then I was asked for a credit card to confirm a reservation for the "savings" and tour. Uh no. I said I'm not doing providng my card for that. But to his credit, the rep wasn't confrontational. We simply departed registration and proceeded to our room, which was very clean and well stocked. No problems with the facility at all. The facility was evidently well run and managed, and all the amenities (putt putt course, game room, pools, etc, were in very good material condition. The only knockon the experience was the attempt to rope us into a time-share selling presentation. Thanks, but no thanks.
