You’re just going to love this comfortable and modern house. I designed this place for the smart traveler who wants their accommodations to be a part of their vacation experience. Thoughtfully designed as a special home base for the Northern Arizona adventure, think of it as a quiet place to recharge your batteries. Your vacation just got a serious upgrade with soft linens, cozy couch and outdoor movie watching area. Dining and the train are just a short walk downtown. What are you waiting for?

I designed the place as somewhere travelers wanted to be. With this in mind, I took great care to create a place that was more than just your average vacation rental, I really wanted the artful modern vibe to translate into an experience for the guest. Being mindful of small details and thoughtful touches every step of the way sets my house apart from the masses . Shouldn't your vacation rental be a memorable part of your Northern Arizona adventure as well? So treat yourself to this modern, tastefully decorated house.

Everything was as expected and as presented on VRBO. Communication was well organized and clear. It was a cute, comfortable, and clean space. Super close to downtown so we could just walk. Would definitely rent again!

An adorable and cozy little nook in Williams

This home was impeccably clean, very cozy and welcoming.The check-in process was a breeze, and checking out was very simple and didn’t require a bunch of excessive cleaning requirements.There are a lot of little touches throughout the house that make it so unique and quaint.It is walking distance from the main strip of Williams, but it is up a small hill.We will absolutely stay here the next time we come to town!

Very nice property!

This property is wonderful for a couple. It is a very small but beautifully decorated with very quaint touches. No complaints at all, only thing to consider when booking the houses are very close to each other in the neighborhood. If you are on the back patio there is a two story house two doors down and looking onto patio. We enjoyed the beautiful weather but it was hard to sleep with the windows open because of the close proximity of neighbors. You could hear them doing dishes. They were not loud at all or rude but when the windows are that close it is impossible not to hear what they are doing. But if the window was closed you could not hear anything. Overall a great experience and highly recommend!

Cute, Comfy, Convenient

Ya Ya's House is a great option for anyone visiting the Grand Canyon or exploring Northern Arizona. Within walking distance of Main Street - Route 66, and a short drive to the Grand Canyon Railway station. Well-equipped with everything we needed, including coffee and teas. Beds were comfortable. Quality bedding and towels. A nicely renovated older home, we found the uneven (but stable) floors part of its charm. Owner asks guests to remove shoes in the house to reduce wear and tear on the carpet, so bring slippers or indoors-only shoes. I'd stay at Ya Ya's again!
