Poor Service, Misleading Checkout Info, Plumbing Issues
We checked in around midnight and were verbally told by the front desk that noon or 1 PM checkout would not be an issue due to the late arrival. The next morning, we received messages threatening late checkout fees, contradicting what we were told at check-in.
On top of that, both the sink and the shower/tub were draining extremely slowly, which we only discovered during use. Instead of acknowledging the room issue or the misinformation given by staff, the response was defensive and dismissive, repeatedly citing “policy.”
The tone of the messages was unnecessary and disappointing, especially given the circumstances. This is not the level of service I expect from a Hilton-branded property. I would not stay here again.
